    Centerforce is pleased to host three special programs for this year’s Summit:
      General Summit – September 12 – 13, 2005
      Clinical Training Program – September 10 – 11, 2005
      HIV Transitional Case Management Workshop – September 10 – 11, 2005
    Early registration fees for all programs – a 25% discount – has been extended through August 14, 2005.


    Scholarships
    A limited number of scholarships are available to for all programs. For the General Summit and Clinical Training Program, please contact Karl Baur, our conference planner, at karl@rdlent.com.

    Registration
    You must register for each program separately. Registration for each of the programs is as follows:
      $200 for registrations made before August 14, 2005
      $250 for registrations made after August 14, 2005
      $140 for each individual day of the General Summit (September 12 and 13)

    Accommodations
    The Summit will be held at The Westin San Francisco Airport in Millbrae, CA. The hotel address is 1 Old Bayshore Highway, Millbrae, CA 94030. For accommodations, please call the hotel at (650) 692-3500 or the central reservation line at (888) 627-8404 and mention the 2005 Centerforce Summit. The rate for the Summit is $110/night plus tax for single and double occupancy. Please make reservations as soon as possible to ensure room and rate availability. A free shuttle service to and from San Francisco International Airport is available.

    HIV Transitional Case Management Workshop
    September 10 – 11, 2005
    This intensive, certificated workshop will focus on the knowledge, skills and resources needed for successful transitional case management for HIV-positive prisoners moving from correctional facilities to communities. This workshop is being offered with Continuum and supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration through the CAEAR Foundation.
